Camp Life

Each day in camp begins around 6:30 when the roosters that have been crowing for the last hour finally rouse you from bed. For the adults there is Peets Coffee (graciously donated- thank you!) and then a morning devotion.

Students get up and make lunch for the day followed by a delicious hot breakfast made by La Cocina, our local food service through Amor. Then we gather on the bleachers for a few announcements before heading out to out jobs it’s for the day.

In the afternoon when we return to camp it’s time for a sun shower and a taco or churro made by local pastors before dinner. After dinner we have camp fire and then hang out for a few minutes before we head off to bed. Full days but great ones!
